  23. Use this option to change the size or shape of an area in
  24. your picture.  When selected a rectangle appears on your
  25. picture. You can change its size and shape by moving the
  26. mouse while the right button is pressed.  'Set' the
  27. rectangle by clicking the left mouse button. Then you can
  28. resize the rectangle by moving the mouse with no buttons
  29. pressed, but you can't move it. When the rectangle is the
  30. size and shape you want the area to take, click the left
  31. button again. The chosen area will rebuild itself in the
  32. new rectangle.
  33.       If necessary, you can move an area to be ZOOMED or
  34. STRETCHED with the MOVE option before or after this
  35. operation.
  36.       ZOOM and STRETCH is a slow option, especially when
  37. displayed on slow-model computers. ZOOM or STRETCH as
  38. small an area as possible.
